Okay I'm really pissed off it will not...
Okay, I'm really pissed off. It will not let me update my phone number on FundzPoints.
It's saying that the questions that I keep answering are incorrect, and now it won't let me even try to redo the questions. I could send a picture of my ID, social, whatever y'all need, but I need this fixed immediately.

Got email and number change done I can now get into my account but I lost another of my winnings because it took a long time for them to fix it I don't know where my winnings went they just vanished it would have been nice to least been compensated 10 dollars least I would have settled with that

I still can't do a number change from 601812**** to 769208**** or an email change from leeswilling360@***.com to leighswilling28@***.com. I have sent in proper verification and called them several times, and no word yet.
In the meantime, I have had to have my account deactivated for someone who was logging into my account and playing with my money that I won. I'm disappointed.

They can do better with customers service
I feel they can do better with getting back with customers emails and accounts reviews.Aswell do better with the loyalty customers offering more free funzpoints to customers who spend almost every day with the platform period.We should not have to always spend lots of money just to get all bit of freeplay.

It will not let me log into my game
I don't know. All of a sudden, it just stopped playing.

You didn't offer me anything.It would be sweet if they gave me a full refund on everything that I have purchased from them so far.But I don't think they have it in them to give it out , to me. Don't benAfraid to take the next step and call them.
